New Gear! The Sony Alpha A7

I was excited when they announced the Sony Alpha A7/r , so excited I sold all my Sony APS-C gear (Except for 1 lens) and waited impatiently for over a month. Checking my email daily hoping that somehow pre-orders would be sent out earlier then the expected release date for the United Staets of December 1st (shame on you Sony, that wasn't nice).

So after pre-ordering the A7r and being completely sure that it was the only decision I could make on the next camera, after reading a review and putting in some serious critical last minute thinking in, I got the A7r Sony Alpha A7 , the 24 megapixel version. For a few different reasons I came to the conclusion that this was the better camera for me, the main reason being that I never once complained about my Sony Nex-7 having too few megapixels, this way I get the kit lens and a few hundred extra dollars to play with.

Anyways, I don't have fancy Leica glass, or anything too expensive (though a nice Zeiss lens is in my future) but here's a list of some of the lenses I'll be using on this thing, and you'll be seeing posts of in the upcoming month or two, since at this point there is no point in rushing out posts.. this guy has been out for a while now.
